Model XLB-D Rubber Tile Making Machine is automatic moving mould plates, is used to make various types of floor tiles with different dimension and shape as you required with high efficiency. On this machine, there is a mould bottom seat, we can make many types tiles only by changing the moulds.
Structure and Principle

◆All presses are supplied with complete hydraulic pumping unit in compact design including electrical controller box .
◆The main parts, pistons, are made of cold and hard alloys, abrasion index can reach 100%. With a main oil seal, its service life can reach 5 years without change.
◆The daylights can equipped with moulds having different widths and profiles. The heating method is electric heating.
