Product Description

This Tire Shredder Machine can crush waste tires to about 2 inches under normal temperature. This Tire Shredder has two models: ZPS-800 and ZPS-1200. The difference between the two models are input size and capacity. ZPS-800 Tire shredder can process waste tires with max size 800mm to pieces, capacity is about 1-2 tons per hour. ZPS-1200 Tire shredder can process waste tires with max size 1200mm to pieces, capacity is about 2-4 tons per hour.

If waste tires are not separated steel loops, we suggest that we sould remove them with Tire Debeader machine before shred them. Because this step can protect the blades of tire shredder and make them use longer time.
