Product Description

Main purpose:
The horizontal spiral belt mixer is widely used for high uniformity mixing of various powder or paste materials in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and other industries. This model is composed of a container, spiral stirring blades, and transmission components: spiral blades are generally made into two or three layers, with the outer spiral collecting materials from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral conveying materials from both sides of the center, forming convective mixing. Spiral belt mixer is generally used for mixing sticky or cohesive powder particles, as well as adding liquid and paste materials to the powder particles. Due to the difficulty in cleaning sticky materials, it is suitable for mixing in situations with high production and infrequent variety changes.

Discharge method of horizontal spiral belt mixer：
Horizontal ribbon mixer discharge method: The powder material adopts a pneumatic large door structure, which has the advantages of fast discharge and no residue; High fineness materials or semi fluid materials use manual or pneumatic butterfly valves.
Manual butterfly valves are economical and applicable. Pneumatic butterfly valves have good sealing performance for half fluid, but their cost is higher than manual butterfly valves. In situations where heating or cooling is required, a jacket can be configured. There are two heating methods available: electric heating and thermal oil heating: electric heating is convenient, but the heating speed is slow and the energy consumption is high; The heating of heat transfer oil requires the configuration of an oil pot, oil guiding power, and pipelines, which requires a large investment, but the heating speed is fast and the energy consumption is low. The cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket, which has a large heat exchange area and fast cooling speed. The motor is directly connected to the mixing spindle through a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, with a simple structure, high reliability of operation, and convenient maintenance.

Working principle：
The horizontal spiral belt mixer is basically composed of a mixing bin, mixer, and driving device. A double-layer counter rotating spiral belt is installed inside the U-shaped tubular bin, and the outer spiral belt is driven by power. Its winding form, combined with the rotation direction, pushes the material from both ends of the U-shaped bin to the central zone, while the inner spiral belt pushes the material from the middle to both ends, forming convective mixing. The bottom center of the horizontal cylinder of the mixer is equipped with a discharge port, and the spiral structure of the outer spiral belt, combined with the rotation direction of the main shaft, drives the materials inside the cylinder wall to the central discharge port, ensuring that there are no dead corners when discharging materials inside the cylinder.
