Product Description

Structure and Function of Rubber Paver Machine:

1. Rack: I-beam welded structure, sturdy and stable, rust resistant with paint, capable of withstanding harsh conditions on the construction site.
2. Front scraper: Steel welded structure, with manual adjustment of the screw to adjust the height from the ground, thereby adjusting the thickness of the layer. The width can be adjusted by installing an upper limit plate.
3. Drive device: The main drive adopts a motor to drive the track chain transmission, and uses a frequency converter for stepless speed regulation, which is stable, can move forward and backward, and can perform arc motion. Selecting different track surfaces can be used on different bottom foundations.
4. Walking device: When the paver needs to move or transfer on the site, a set of walking devices is used to achieve this. Using hydraulic cylinders, it can be moved manually by machines.
